VeX - Patrol?
Ok, this purpose of this thread is to get down to the good stuff. We took our roll call, checked our gear. We all got snug and took warm showers together. Now its time to go out in the field and run some patrols.
I will admit I'm a noob at the game. But I will tell you that having a few real vets on your squad will make a difference! So I want someone more experienced than me to lead a patrol as a training mission for me and whoever else wants to show up at the time we schedule.
I would like to do this on Saturday (day after tomorrow). Who will volunteer to lead or propose a time?

I will be working on my car until around 8pm pacific on saturday. sunday i have watch from 0800-1600, so anytime after 1600 can work as long as i don't pass out. Friday, i'll be workin on the car til around 8pm as well.
well since we've been kinda

Yea man, but my pack out is tommorrow... my shit is getting shipped to Portland while I attend Naval Science Institute, Rhode Island for 8 weeks. Upon completion, I will be attending Oregon State University for 2-3 years completing a B.S. in General Physics taking advantage of the Seaman to Admiral-21 enlisted commissioning program. I am only 14 units from a B.S. in Technical Electronics at Embry Riddle, but this is 10K scholarship plus my E-5 pay and Housing allotment, so it's stupid not to milk the system. In 8 weeks I'll be here(vex and hopefully gaming again), and in 3 years I'll be flying Hawkeyes. Been busy round here- sorry but the Navy is one of those things that kind of sucks your social life dry sometimes... plus i gotta get all them sentimental times in with my boys before i become a traitor and start wearing khakis. :P btw I only get 4 days of liberty or so during 8 weeks, so thats already booked for drinking and phone time/emails. I'm sure I could squeeze a post in if I'm authorized to keep my laptop in the barracks.

Perhaps soon enough when I get done classes and finals within a week from now. I will stop spending money on liquor and smokes. Sorry haven't been out there lately been busy finishing up my classes. Had three labs this semester, a chemistry lab, microbiology lab, and my normal biology lab. It was fun having practical finals for them. My micro lab had 15 parts that where practical. Hopefully I won't get distracted either with me turning 21 this summer also. Also I might be going out to Hawaii but I will be around here and there and kicking some ass and taking some names. Ohh for those curious, my Major is Biological Sciences with a concentration Genetics, Minor in English.

Im still alive too, tho I have a bunch of things going on. As some of you know, I moved to another city to study at a university. Well, this summer I'm moving home again due to real life issues; I dont have the required motivation to study anymore ; I miss my friends and family too much (the fact that me and my friends are starting does play a part in my decision too). So I'm going to live at my mom's house and I'll be probably working at a industry in the coming year, which mean I'm going to have more time for gaming.
What do ya'll say about a VeX StarCraft 2 section ? ;)

Haha Yeah i am still around
Haha Yeah i am still around too, althoug not as much since XBL has taken over my life. That as well as working and school i havent had much time. Although when i saw a SC2 coming out well basically I have started saving my money so when that came comes out I will be buying a brand new computer just so i can play it and thats when I will be playing computer games way too much. But with school as some of you know my first few semester there i took a litlte of everything untill i found what I wanted to do. And as most of you will be able to guess from all of my posts over the years its not in english. ;) I am going for a degree in accounting with an attempt to then become a CGA or a CA. Well see where that takes though. But still leting you all know that i am still here and alive, i just dont breath on the copmuter that much no more.
