Psykotikz from outwars
hey i know most of you from the OLD ASS outwars days. i cannot believe vex is still around but i see it is just barely...well i dont want to come in here and act like i know shit but i just want to give you some of what i learned over the years. i've lead clans into CAL - cyber athletic league and what not. so here are my tips.
this is for you LIX,
1. you need to find a game that is popular right now AND JUST CAME OUT SO U CAN GET GOOD BY BEING IN ON THE GROUND UP. ie. rainbow six vegas, battlefield 2142, CCS.
2. The most important thing is to have a server. I can't stress to you how important that is. servers are very expensive but seeing as you guys really want to bring vex back to it's glory days i don't think you will care.
3. Once you get your server you will be advertising your website and how you are recruiting. basically meaning that you can't have this drupal bs. this site looks like Anne Franks diary.
4. Get competitive. nothing keeps a team together like some good competition. TWL, CPL, CAL, tournaments, ladders ect.
5. Treat the members who have been here forever like zadam, ghost ect as equals because they deserve it. basically there is this thing most clans do called SENIOR MEMBERS which makes it more of a democracy not a dictorship.
6. I have been getting into bf2142 lately, I have 144 hours play time and I've achieved the highest rank possible. If a couple of you are down to buy the game and play with me I would be happy to tag up with you guys.
7. Also a cool tag is a good idea. not -VeX- <

Psy has some good stuff here, whether or not it will actually be implemented is the big question. Ultimately the decision is up to elixir *looks up*.
