Head of Recruitment
Description The creation of this position signifies the beginning of the Recruiting Operations Department. First off we will begin with an introduction to the Department, which may or may not help with the understanding of responibilities that the Head of Recruitment will be required to maintain. The title is still in design; however, it's purpose has been talked about nonstop within threads. This department consists of Recruit Managers, which will be one per section. A Recruit Manager will be in charge of boosting the numbers in a section by managing the number of recruiters and creating as well as updating an effective recruiting policy. Recruiting is the main goal of these individuals. This will leave Section Leaders and Co-leaders in charge of other affairs. A Recruit Manager can only be filled through a special process where the section leader nominates, and the Head of Recruitment approves the nominee.

  1. Review Recruit Managers
  2. Train Recruit Managers
  3. Create new programs for Recruiting
  4. Resolve recruiting issues
  5. Represent the department in meetings

No additional requirements rather than those listed for all Board positions.
