The Board
Description
The Board is a child of The Cabinet. The Cabinet creates a department to focus on an area that deserves special attention such as Recruiting or Section Development as examples. All departments will have a head or a leader that will manage the objectives, create additional positions within the department to handle sub-areas of special interest, and report the progress of the department. All department heads will be united under The Board; therefore, head of departments can expect Board Meetings as well as special requests from The Cabinet.

Board members are only allowed to administer/manage its own department. It has no primitive control over the operation of other departments; however, this does not limit constructive criticism. Board meetings should be used to share opinions among other Board members as some departments may see a need or desire from one of the other sections.

1. 1. Atleast one year VeX Clan experience
   2. An active member within the community
   3. Strong leader and professional skills
   4. Experienced in the department he/she wishes to lead
   5. Prior probations or discipline received will be investigated
2. Term: 1-2 years
