I got an idea...
Wouldnt it be smart to ask for SitReps from all the section leaders to prevent the most common problem of sections having problems without anyone knowing about it, i.e. Starcraft, Runescape, and i'm sure many other sections have suffered from this.
Just an idea I had so everyone would know the status of the sections, so we could help if possible.

Hmm, sounds good.
Once a month a SitRep is due? It shouldn't be exclusive to problems. The report should include accomplishments, awards, ribbons, promotions, etc... Yea. We'll see where this goes.

By a "SitRep" I am going to assume (you knows what happens when you assume, you make an ass of u and me lol) that your talking about a Situation Report correct? If that's what you want from all sections I would be happy to write one up. Just say the word.

I like it, lets says its due about the previous month due and the end of the next month? LoL in other words lets say the report of November is due by the 7th of december?

Let's not reinvent the wheel here. Let's use an existing SitRep format. I could dig up the USMC format and modify it. Or you could. Comments?
