Pissed off

I bought CoD 2 today. Went home and installed it. Tried to play it and a message appeared... Fatal Error: Video Card of Driver does not support dynamic textures. Then opens a screen with something about: Pixel shader version is 0.0 Vertex shader version is 0.0.........
