Arsis: Promoted to Sergeant

Arsis has earned himself another promotion, this time to Sergeant. The reason he earned this rank was because of two main things: 1. His service (and time in service) to the Clan in RS and in other areas. 2. Arsis has done some really good things as Corporal, even as VeX fell dormant for a while. Specificially, he is able to deal with problems that arise at the platoon and squad level, where a Sergeant's interaction is needed. Sometimes the Generals don't have time to make everyone feel like they are heard. That's the Sergeants' job. Arsis was able to take a recent problem between team members and turn it into a compromise where VeX didn't lose ANY team members. That's good for ALL of us.
