HOW TO BECOME a VeX recruiter.
I'd like to make you a recruiter. But that's not as easy as you think; you are not authorized to just run out and start recruiting.
The first thing we need to do is realize that a few of us have been down this road before. VeX, as a Clan, took notes and made improvements along the way. What follows is my first draft of a "Recruiter Instruction Class." This class is mostly lecture but it's all very important. In total you may have to read 100 posts. Please read them in this order, though it is not chronological:

V'er Program, How we use it now

Goal(s) of our government?

When you have read them all, think about it, get back to me in this thread or post directly to those threads above. Let me know your questions, your thoughts and if you can understand why we do things the way we do. At this point, I'm not interested in making changes or improvements, but please do keep those suggestions in mind as well.
If you think you can handle this, you may just make a rank, private.

HOW TO BECOME a VeX recruiter.
Instead of declaring "HOW TO..." Why don't we shuffle this into the "Guide to creating a successful section" papers. Section leader and his co-leader read through the basic requirements of a VeX recruiter and optional guidelines that could be applied to their section's "Recruiter" position.
If you had this intention all along, sorry. The title of this thread seemed STRONG but should be made by a section leader for his/her section.
What are your thoughts?
HOW TO BECOME a VeX recruiter.
Well, my thought was to make a trained, "certified" recruiter be perhaps the FIRST member of any section, and make that a requirement. Hence the strong part. I'm certainly open to editing this. :D
The point I want to get across, and the point that I think is kind of clear from all those threads I linked above, is that Recruiting is the foundation of a section, and the section will succeed or fail on the merit of the recruiter. I would like to see more success than failure, if you know what I mean. :)
