Pray tell me what led you to this decision? Everyone was a noob at some point in their life (though some seem to stay that way forever from either being braindamaged or hanging around with other damaged people)... Anyways being a noob is so relative in meaning that it is a silly word, now if you can give off enough merits to warrant the 'need' of such a customary ranking, otherwise please don't try to create more work for others.

Also, instead of saying the poor chap sucks, you might find it beneficial to summarize his faults and try to offer suggestions to how he might improve. It isn't a matter of keeping yourself from saying mean things but rather the need for you to add necessary constructive criticism with your mean remarks.

On the other hand, I should remind you all that the rank polling booth is for sergeants and above, not for the enlisted men.

If an VeX wants a promotion or a rank before he's a sergeant, then he better go talk to his squad leader. If he can't find a squad leader, then come to me and email me for a chat.

I'd say a Lance Corporal because he is a great contribution. We need to reward his loyalty to the clan through all this. (Elixir you know what I am talking about) and just his plain will to game for us.

I have seen great dedication from a few new members. Still, I cannot skip ranks. The way it works is you start at Private or PFC and move up from there... one rank at a time.
