Yo Epa...when/why'd your rank get booted down? For that matter, when/why'd my rank get booted down? :? Who would know about these things..

Aww..Clan Announcements section is being used for wrong thing? Anyways, about Epa...I dunno, I just coulda swore he had a higher rank and I just mentioned it and it reminded me of me. I was Captain back in the day and then we switched over to here and whoever was updating it didn't update mine for a while and when it finally got updated it was 2nd Lieutenant...I noticed it but never thought to say anything, maybe I got demoted in between there somewhere for something or the other.

Now that we're talking about ranks, whatever happened to that new clanwide ranking program folks were talking about..it held promise, maybe it should be brought up again that we're reviving VeX.

Since we're on the subject of ranks, would someone remind me of how to give or help give someone a promotion?I used to know but have forgotten.And how long has it been since someone has been promoted?And I think TJ is right we should bring back up the subject of clan wide ranks.

lol you would think that being here so long and at the same rank forever i would think to eventually move up but too much of an old timer I guess well I may not be active on the posting thing because of rotc and my recent g/f and college which is always a bitch for everyone I am reading them or someone will inform me about it. So don't complain about ranks get a section going and start pushing for one I remember at one time in this clan the ranks where like everything and that everyone was trying to move up the biggest and baddest rank some faster than others but most tried there hardest to move up the chain of command. Keep trying there are such things as meritours permotions for helping and going above and beyond the call of duty.

FYI, I added three non-special ranks for the message board today.

The first level is what you get when you join and don't post. It's called "Unregistered Member (Primed for Delete)."

If you post just once, you get bumped up to the auto-rank called "Registered VeX Recruit." This may change in time, but for now, pretty much anyone you point at who has just one post and not zero and not two, well, they are VeX Recruits, right? So it fits.

If you post five times and have not been assigned a special rank (Pvt. - General), then your auto-rank title changes to "Lookin' for a Rank..." which should prompt the user or the section leader to make the appropriate actions to get someone ranked.
