if you wan't answers, talk to elixir. only the senior members of vex really know what this clan is about and where i am coming from with my latest comments. while a select few of you who can't read objectively may draw anger from some of my posts, i will assure you i'm not angry. i am just extremely dissapointed as to the direction vex is heading where history is lost and activity replaces respect.
should i be sorry im not more active in vex or that i serve my country? truth is, i'm as active as i can afford to be, much like the rest of the senior members. I've authored so many pages, led and co-led so many sections, and led to so many positive policy changes for vex, that i can't even remember all of it. that's not a bragging right. it's a reminder that father knows best. that principle seems to have been lost.
the only ppl left who are qualified to know what this clan's true potential is are elixir, helix, whosnext, epagien, and possibly diablo and zadam. other than that, you probably jumped on the band wagon on the downhill slide. so please unless you are one of those select few, do not discuss me or my part in this clan after i leave because you are ill-informed or uninformed. that is not arrogance- it's the truth. so maybe for once, you kids could listen to your elders. as far as i'm concerned, that number has just decreased to 4. I appreciate all of you. I hope to see things on the rebound next time i get to check this board(and site hopefully).
lix- you know the situation as per the pm's. please leave me on in case i get transferred to florida soon. i think help is obviously needed to get this thing back on track. whose always been the man with the plan?

kresh I know you're gone already but I feel that your attitude towards Outwars is ridiculous. you call it a lost cause...yet you are fighting a war that never really had a cause. I'm glad that you are proud to fight for this country and I'm sure you're a very brave person for doing so. but as you can see I have my opinions about "your" war and you have your own opinions about Outwars. the only differance is I was mature enough not to put my opinion in. also a lot of your fellow clan members seem to think differantly and do not see Outwars as a lost cause. I only came here and spent time chatting with you guys because I remember what a cool and mature clan vex was. a lot of people still play Outwars and would very much like to see it come back...and no Outwars 2 wasn't a good game...it will be.

edit : let me just point out that I joined VeX before Whosnext, and one month after Helix (or V_Wasay) made it to VeX. Sure I've left/joined the clan a number of times, but dont fucking count me as a newbie.

Well... He's gone... And he wont be back for a while... It was just a few years ago he and I were friends. I was a noob to the clan, but he would always help me when I wanted to do something. I really wish I could've repayed him. During the RS Section, he was always there, making me a flash menu instead of my crappy one... He is a great member. Even if he annoys us, we will always respect him. We'll miss ya Kresh.
PS: I also have a high horse i sometimes need to get off of... or get pushed off... All kresh wants to do is whats best for the clan. Sometimes we can get blinded by our ambitions and stop caring about other peoples feelings.

I had decided to stay out of this argument and or discussion untill now and I have a few things to say about it. First off, OW in VeX in my mind is 110% dead and buried. I know that some of you still like the game and granted it is a fun game to play. However, wasting time on a game that is outdated in its graphics and gameplay, and has little to no NEW people returning to the game is almost pointless in my mind. You people always complain about how this clan has no new life, or how we are dying and all this yet you want to waste time developing a section that has NO hope of bringing any life back into the clan. Make up your mind what you want to argue about guys come on. If you want to play OW as a side game then great, if you want to make OW a sectino once again then in my mind your just wasting a heck of a lot of time on something that you might get up and running for about a month then all this new found life will die out and you will have another starving section in VeX. I feel this is another one of the ideas that we try that fail. If you want to help the clan out, then do soemthing usefull. If you can't think of anything then ask one of us.
Kresh, you will be greatly missed and may you return back to your family and friends safe and sound.
Thats really about all I have to say about this entire situation with OW coming back to VeX.

As far a kresh goes with the hole arguement going on it is just a stupid arguement that got out of wack it is just someone opinion that got taken too far by people. So what if he is on a high horse he has been here awhile stayed loyal to the clan and done so much for the clan. All of the old timers have. Of cource so shouldn't lose respect because of ones rank I know how that feels not to get heard and not to get an opinion in but also we have to look at the fact he is the rank he is for a reason weather he got it on a dying game or if he was given it who here can't remember when they where given a rank or two back in the day? Even I have my share of given ranks hell I got alot of ranks because of my skills in the day. As far as outwars goes as the former leader of Outwars I will not see it as a section again I will make sure that it won't come one. There is no point for those few people that do play the game to put man hours into a dying game that refuses to just stop. Instead why not devote your hours of outwars into a new section that we can use that people play on a daily bases. My only other comment is that I am sure the Kresh didn't mean to leave you out Diablo he might have said some names of the top of his head but also on that note I can't speak for him so the only thing else I can say is that we as a clan nned to stop taking things so serious and need to just have some fun.

Zadam and WhosNext-I have no idea why you guys are speaking about VeX getting into Outwars again...no one has even spoken about recreating an OW section in a year or two.There is probably 1 person who plays Outwars that is still in VeX (Helix?).
Psykotik-You believe that he is fighting a war that never really has a cause.But many people think that there was and still is (If its Weapons of Mass Destruction :roll: , or just to help stop Saddam Hussein from murdering more of his own citizens) a good cause to be there.You have your own opinion just like other people.
Kresh-You shouldnt be sorry for spending time defending your country (No one should) rather then spending time on a computer.Defending your country will always be more important then playing computer games with friends(One of the only things we agree on).So even though we may have had our differences whether they were small or big I still admire you for serving our country.

it's funny. vex clan is alive and well in halo 2... we just don't really need a message board to talk to each other with the features xbox live leaves us.
we're very active.. playing daily together and levelling up.
i'm not a noob either, been around longer than anyone here. i'm not trying to one up anyone, just letting you know i'm not inactive and we're here.
